Terms and Conditions of Online Ordering:

If You Have Issued Passwords:

a) You are fully responsible and liable for the security of those passwords and any and all use and misuse of those passwords.

b) You will keep the passwords secure and confidential at all times and not disclose the passwords to any unauthorized person.

c) If more than one password has been issued to the same entity all liability remains with that entity to ensure security.

 

Backspin may at its discretion and at any time require proof of the identity of any person seeking access to and use of the website, and may deny access if not satisfied with the proof provided. Governing Law: This agreement, your access to and use of the website, and all related matters are governed solely by the Federal Laws of Canada. Backspin is not under any obligation to verify the identity or authority of any person using passwords to access and use this website.

 

Exchange Only

Backspin Marketing Group will exchange any product purchased on line with a new product provided all original tags are on the product and the product has not been used or worn. The customer will be responsible for the delivery charged to get the product to Backspin and Backspin will cover the costs to return the product.

 

Delivery

Delivery will take place within 48 hours of payment being processed on all in stock product. All other orders will be filling within 15 days of approved payment.
